Hospital Manager Nursing jobs, England Job ref:HMO1 Salary: £50,000 to £51,000 per annumDate posted:23 April 2014Position type:PermanentStart Date: Location:EnglandSector:Nursing Vacancy details Synergy are currently working with a leading private organisation in helping to recruit a hospital manager that caters in helping to supports individuals with complex needs including those with a learning disability, mental health problem or autistic spectrum condition. You will be running a 23-bed hospital and care home facility that provides a specialist treatment and rehabilitation service – including locked rehabilitation – for men with complex mental health problems and co-morbid conditions such as learning disability, personality disorder and substance misuse. The unit is staffed 24/7 by a dedicated team of nurses and support workers. Case formulation and treatment is led by a full clinical multidisciplinary team. We seek a leader who can Champion high standards of care – ensuring the hospital exceeds all regulatory and company standards and that staff are given every opportunity to excel through appropriate training and development Ensure all patients have modern, inclusive and achievable care plans which help enable the team to deliver a excellent standard of support Demonstrate the ability to engage with external stakeholders at all levels Effect change inclusively, effectively and efficiently Help team members achieve the highest standards with an eye for detail Knowledge and understanding of the hospital regulatory and legal systems is vital, the Hospital Manager must also have; A relevant clinical qualification within Mental Health or Learning Disability and evidence of clinical leadership Proven management experience gained within an environment where patients demonstrate complex needs/challenging behavior.
