Ref: KP633-953 A large and world renowned automotive business in Saudi Arabia is looking to recruit an experienced and “hands-on” Marketing Manager to their team. The ideal candidate will come from an automotive background with extensive marketing experience in both volume and luxury brands. • Maintain a high level of contact with customers mainly through written communication • Work readily on administrative tasks requiring close attention to detail • Build strong interdepartmental relationships, and pay close attention to the requirements of those departments • Work independently in a busy active environment managing own time and workflow • Co-ordinate multiple activities to meet a defined timescale • Conduct detailed checking of documentation and data input • Confidently query and challenge information and documentation provided • Present a consistently professional image to all customers through attitude, behaviour and personal appearance • Maintain up to date knowledge about new CRM administrative processes, products, systems and services • Awareness of competitor marketing activity in the local area To be considered for this role you must: • Have Relevant Bachelor's Degree • Be PC literacy • Have strong communication and verbal skills • Decision making • Customer focus • Be determined • Be pro-active • Relationship maintenance and building rapport • Have integrity • A thorough understanding of marketing principles and methods required • Experience with the development and event management of local marketing initiatives a must • Ability to turn Global Marketing Strategy in to local dealer / regional based events & activities with high impact of critical importance • Strong inter-personal skills required • Experience with premium and / or luxury brands of benefit • Be a leader • Team Management • Business Acumen • Social Competency • Communication and Negotiation • Customer Orientation • Be able to plan and organise • Be Flexible • At least 5 years, preferably incorporating some automotive experience Aspiriti Recruitment is the leading automotive and transport (bus and rail) industry recruitment specialistfocusing on the Middle East, African and European markets.
