Development of unit sales & aftersales business to achieve or exceed budget levels of sales and margin. • Establish and lead a regional unit sales & aftersales team dedicated to business development. • Ensure correct levels of staffing and competence to deliver the required levels of customer and product support. • Identification of, and recommendations for, network development within area of responsibility • Key Account Management • Reviewing credit proposals, accessing creditworthiness and managing receivables • With the objective of growing the business year on year, exploring new business avenues, initiating market research, preparing feasibility studies and business plans Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: University Graduate/MBA or suitable experience within Commercial Vehicle industry. Minimum Experience: 5-10 years management in unit sales and aftersales (parts and/or service) within a recognized Commercial Vehicle distributor/dealer. Job-Specific Skills: Communication at all levels, problem-solving, analytical skills, financial awareness, knowledge of Dealer Management Systems, decision-making.آ  In-Depth product knowledge and awareness of Commercial Vehicles.
