Ref: GP334-557 This is a 12 month contract Project Manager Software Development is required. This is an EXCEPTIONAL opportunity to work with an EXTRAORDINARY and hugely SUCCESSFUL company. This is the opportunity to lead the transformation from a technology perspective for this organization's software solutions. Technical skill Sets: • Candidates should have managed multiple projects in the software development • Experience in leading multiple software systems and solution project • PMP Certification or other Project or Program Management qualification strongly preferred • Possesses strong project management skills (project planning, risk and dependency analysis, mitigation planning, communication skills for all levels of management, status updates, developing key messages for executives, etc.) • Possess 10 years of experience as a Project management • Experience in web based application management • Experience of onsite project management using agile methodology is essential • Sufficient experience in both management of software projects and functional management of software development teams. • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents using the Agile methodology. • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. • Develop required materials including technical specifications, project and resource plans, project updates, and presentation materials. • Develop short term and long-term project plans, priorities and objectives • Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution • Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication skills Knowledge/skills • Expert knowledge of application operations • Expert abstract reasoning, problem isolation and trouble shooting skills • Good knowledge of ITIL practices • Experienced in working under pressure and tight deadlines RP International is the leading specialist recruitment consultancy in the established and emerging telecoms markets.
