Ref: HP698-8649 Branch Sales Manager - Honda - OMASCO - Salalah, Oman Oman Marketing and Services Company (Omasco) is a leading trading, property and financial services business in Oman with key activities in automotive, marine, electronics, projects and engineering, industrial products and other services. Established in 1974, the company represents leading world-renowned brands and strives to be one of the most respected companies in Oman.We are currently recruiting for a Branch Sales Manager for Honda, based in Salalah. As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the budgeted gross margin and unit sales for Honda vehicles with a view to assist in the fulfillment of broader company objectives. You will be responsible for the following - * Identifying and actioning sales opportunities in sufficient quantity to ensure achievement of personal targets * Paying meticulous attention to detailed process of sales and sale administration * Effective coaching to the sales team in following the process leading to achieving targets * Monitoring of stock age and offering disposal advice and suggestions where appropriate to head of Sales and Marketing * Interacting with Finance company for faster approvals * Ensuring compliance with OMASCO and Al-Futtaim procedures regarding collection and deposit of all payments * Managing and organising the car show room as per company standards * Identifying various sales channels The successful candidate must be able to display the following skills and experience: * You be will be a Graduate (MBA preferable) from a recognised University in any discipline * Have 3 - 5 years experience working in a similar position * A minimum of 3 years experience working in a Sales team management role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * You will be competent in team building, communication and application of new knowledge and new concepts * You will have strong customer relation skills and have the ability and confidence to resolve customer complaints * Be a strong leader and have the ability to plan and organise your time efficiently * You must be PC literate * Hold a full Oman driving license Established in the 1930's, the Al-Futtaim Group initially operated as a trading enterprise.
