Requirements:
1) Graduates
2) Very good English.
3) Excellent communication Skills and Office
4)Technical Skills , Microsoft windows XP , Vista & Win 7 Windows Server 2003 , 2008 Office 2003 , 2007 LAN , WAN troubleshooting . Good analytically skills for troubleshooting various applications . Antivirus & antispyware software awareness . A working knowledge with switches , routers & firewalls . A working Knowledge with AD , DNS , DHCP. A working knowledge with ISA , Exchange Servers . A working knowledge with Microsoft infrastructure . understanding of network , voice security fundamentals BSC of engineering or Computer Science . CCNA
Job Descrp. :
First Line Support For the Users . Answer Staff Questions in person via phone and email on all company supported applications. troubleshoot desktops , laptops , IP phones , printers & network problem. Perform Hardware & Software installations . Administrating the AD , Domain controllers , file servers , Exchange . ISA server Administration . Terminal Server Administration . Respond to users tickets & Requests . Make Sure to follow IT process & the COPC guidelines
