Ref: LP127-693 Company Our client is an investment holding company primarily focused on investing in the growth of the steel industry in the GCC There are currently looking to recruit a Legal Advisor for to be based in Bahrain Duties & Responsibilities: Giving legal guidance &advice to the company on any legal matters as well as assist in preparing contracts and detailed research. Structure, draft, and negotiate contracts on large scale projects, and manage litigious issues and disputes. Solid knowledge of law and must be able to grasp new concepts with ease & accuracy. Advice on labour law and employment matters. Must be organized and need to have good time management skills to meet deadlines. Orientation of contracts, legal documents and legal advice, towards protection of the company’s interests. Ensure that legal advice, contracts and recommendations are in conformity with statutes Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in the Legal Field preferably in an International Law Firm. University Degree in Law along with a Master Degree in the same field desirable. Strong Analytical skills with strong Oral and Written English Communication. Corporate & Commercial Law background is essential. Good knowledge of computer applications. Propel Consult delivers a service in step with the needs of both our client companies and candidates.
