Ref: MP274-154 We are working closely with a luxury brand company who are looking for Store Managers in Dubai & Abu Dhabi for their elite stores Duties - Manage and lead the store into achieving personal targets - Maintaining profitability - Ensure the store is operated professionally and to the company standards - Manage technical requirements, polices and procedures - Liaising with Head Office regarding objectives, achievements - Monitoring performances of staff and offering training - Creating a positive working environment - Provide excellent customer services - Maintain up to date knowledge in terms of designs, trends, quality based issues - 2 years experience within a similar role - Currently based in the UAE - Retails knowledge - Fashion Trends - Female requested - Excellent English communication - Professional, smart in appearance - Local UAE experience essential - IT knowledge Word, excel and Outlook Salary 15,000 AED for Dubai 18,000 AED for Abu Dhabi BWP is a privately owned, top-end, low volume specialist recruiter with an emphasis on the Middle East markets.
