* 6 - 10 years of experience in Application Architecture Development preferably specific to an industry (i.e. Healthcare, Education, Banking, Law Enforcement, …, etc.).
* Extensive experience in Business process analysis, Function requirements development, and Integration requirements development.
* Experience in managing and running transformation projects.
* Strong Project Management knowledge.
* University Bachelor degreeآ (At a minimum) / Master's degree is preferable.
* Interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional experience in initiating, defining and launching thought leadership efforts.
* A strong acumen of the Middle East Government, Public Sector, and Private sector.
* A role model team player with the ability to interact, and be a resource to teams across the firm.
* An effective multi-tasker with the ability to optimize ones effectiveness, and efficiency.
* Bilingual English / Arabic preferred.
