Ref: NP528-49 Our client is looking for an HR Manager who will contribute to the development and implementation of the organisation's HR strategy in all areas of recruitment, organisational design, retention and reward and employee engagement. - Possess a Bachelors Degree with an advanced degree or recognised accreditation in Human Resources as an advantage. - Should have at least 4-5 years of job related experience with a multi-national organisation. - Should have strong knowledge of Oman labour law - Strong English communication skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and best practice HR management theories. - Proven management skills, be commercially astute and possess an ability to engage, inspire and influence people.
