Trading Enterprises Lotus has established its flagship showroom in Dubai, which offers a unique, boutique style experience allowing customers to browse the latest range of exciting Lotus Cars and the Lotus Originals clothing line. To further build capability in our associates and to enhance customer engagement levels, an intensive customer service training programme is conducted on an ongoing basis at all levels, solidifying the company's endeavors to be recognized as the premier automotive company of choice.We are currently looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join the Fleet department. The incumbents will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and initiating business with Corporate Fleet Accounts. Subsequently, to develop these accounts to accurately identify sustainable growth. The key accountabilities will include: * Vehicle sales to existing Corporate Fleet clients * Prospecting for and development of new Corporate Fleet clients * Forecasting future sales and assessing future vehicle requirements * Assisting clients with after sales support as required to maintain high levels of customer satisfactionآ آ آ آ آ  * Maintaining accounts receivables within guidelines The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: * At least 3 years of experience in a commercial, business to business sales or major account sales role * Good understanding of the corporate automotive and/or vehicle leasing business in the UAE * Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred) * Computer literate - Microsoft Office * Highly numerate * Good level of client empathy, with strong negotiation and communication skills at senior levels Established in the 1930's, the Al-Futtaim Group initially operated as a trading enterprise.
