Ref: HP977-1685 Seeking an IT Manager with a proven track record in leading Enterprise Applications, Network and IT Helpdesk functions. Managing both a team in Dubai as well as in India, the IT Manager will be responsible to create and manage an effective and secure IT Infrastructure environment that has the ability to cope everyday business needs and ensure a high level of service availability and peformance for users and customers. - Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with at least 3 years of exposore to managing onshore and offshore teams - Must have a thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks - Strong konwledge in Network and Security (IP, Routing, Wan Switches, VPN etc) - Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment - Strong communicator, ability to delegate duties to team members as well as provide support to C-Level Executives Networkers International now fully own SNS Consultancy FZ LLC, so will now be trading as such and is now fully integrated into the 11 country global footprint of Networkers International Plc.
