Ref: HP279-2276 A very successful global Hotel chain are looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications to drive, develop and implement the hotels corporate communications and PR strategy across MEA.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Corporate Communications and your responsibilities will be as follows b ut not limited:
•Lead communications strategy, brand building and positioning, project management, public and media relations working closely with Corpoarte and the Hotel GM's
•Clear direction for employee engagement utilizing internal communications strategies as set out by you
•Presenting annual reports, press releases, corporate literature, advertising, website content etc
•Manage external relationships - journalist, media contacts on and off line, agencies etc
•Sponsorship programmes, corporate social responsibility, conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, and advertising where appropriate
•Manage various communications tools to maximize brand awareness
•Marketing Program: Create, execute and analyze the effectiveness of a strategic marketing plan
•Write/ edit press releases ensuring the senior stakeholders and the Companies message is widely received to the correct target market.-You must have excellent writing/copywriting standards, with English your first language
•Bachelor degree in Communication, Journalism, Media Studies or PR
•7-9 years’ experience in corporate communications, ideally within a matrix organaization
•Practical experience in planning and organizing media events
•Exceptional verbal communication, writing, and editing skills (English 1st language essential)
•Ability to build and maintain successful relationships across multiple teams, business units, and levels within the corporate structure
•Persuasive communicator, capable of writing clearly and concisely, and able to present effectively to the senior team.
