The company continues to strengthen its position in the market by consistently introducing innovative and customer focused services, as well as regularly training its staff at all levels.We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Hertz Team with service administration capability. The main responsibilities of the role are as follows: * All administration duties relating to the day-to-day operation of the Service Department * Maintenance of various databases and records * Submission of accurate reports and information to Senior Management * Work Order and Invoice preparation and submission * Recording and booking of Technicians' hours * Purchase requisitions from suppliers * Expense and petty cash claims * Obtaining Purchase orders from customers * Follow-up and collection of payments from customers * Travel requests and assistance with obtaining necessary Technicians' passes and approvals for offshore/Government installations The ideal candidate will have the following experience: * Expert knowledge of SAP; * Knowledge of microsoft office applications and databases; * Self-motivated and able to work under own supervision; * Excellent customer service skills; * Good analytical skills; * Accurate and conscientious; * Language skills - English - written and oral * Positive and professional flexible attitude Established in the 1930's, the Al-Futtaim Group initially operated as a trading enterprise.
