Mainly liaise with the Principals of Volvo, Chrysler, Fisker and Lotus brands in submitting the MIS reports as per the dealership agreements and continuously study the service processes and recommend changes whenever required.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* MIS Reports and Annual Budgets
* Identify and implement change initiatives using the SAP platform, current and future technology.
* Develop SAP skills of Managers at Locations to prepare KPI's to monitor and improve performance
* Identify the best and innovative working practices being used in the workshops and ensure Roll out across allآ آ Locations.
* Maintenance of SAP Master Data
* Liaise with IT Enterprises / STS to resolve Interface System issues as well as for system enhancements and new launch testing
* Operational knowledge training on SAP for new associates and update training for existing associates
Job Context:
* Produce analyse business related information & would present to service mangers to enable them to run their business more efficiently & profitably.
* Present reports to National After sales Manager to enable him to take strategic initiative in facility developments, pricing & man power etc.
* Deal with Service & parts manager of CJDR, Volvo, and Lotus regarding exchange of approved information.
* Responsible for SAP training system enhancement & developing training material.
* Responsible for SAP system enhancement & improvements
QUALIFICATION : Degree/ Diploma in Auto Engineering Or Degree/Diploma in IT
EXPERIENCE: Total experience 8 years in automobile service industry, out of 8 years, 4 years of experience in the role of MIS Executive.
