آ KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To ensure the customer is dealt with in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner providing best in class customer service by adhering to agreed Hertz standards concerning vehicle check out, delivery, collections, exchanges and transfers process.
1. Vehicle delivery Check in & Check out
* Explain the basic terms and conditions to the customer, secure payment when necessary along with documents and get the customer to sign the rental agreement.
* Ensures that the vehicle change over report is properly filled out by properly recording any additional damages.
* At the time of delivery ensure that the vehicle check report is accurately filled out by recording any additional damages, vehicle details, fuel, kms etc.
* Ensure that the Drivers' Log Sheet is updated with each check out/check in transaction.
2. Vehicle collection on Rental agreement termination & New Vehicle Delivery
* Ensure that new vehicle is properly checked on site before delivery.
* Ensures that all damages along with the check in KM and fuel are properly recorded on the Vehicle Check report.
* Get proper acknowledgement from the customer on the Vehicle Check report.
* Maintains proper record of the collection on the Drivers Log Sheet.
3. Customer complaints and resolution
* Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to ensure customer satisfaction
* Where required customer challenges are escalated to the CSR/Supervisor as per process agreed.
4. Grooming and Al-Futtaim way behavior
* Reports to work in proper uniform as per agreed uniform policy and is properly groomed.
* Ensures strict compliance to the set AF Way behaviors
5. Defensive driving
Ensures safety standards are maintained, avoid traffic fines, damages

Key Competencies
* Good English communicationآ skills
* Basic knowledge in computer
* 2 years driving experience within the service industry
* Employee must possess a validآ U.A.E. driver's license class 3, 5 & 6
* Defensive Driving abilities &آ knowledge of vehicle operations.
