Ref: NP171-57 Effectively market the company’s products to increase market share, through advertising, promotion, market surveys, new product development and all other means available. Work closely with Sales and other departments to maximise sales and develop new products and markets with the minimum investment in marketing activities. 1. Develop and implement a marketing and sales strategy in order to deliver Volume, Share and Profit targets as specified in the AOP 2. Effectively market products/services by conducting market research, overseeing product development and design, setting prices, launching new products, overseeing advertising campaigns and monitoring sales performance. 3. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products/services 4. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs, and liaise with other areas of the organization (for example manufacturing, supply chain and quality control) to implement these changes. 5. Conducts periodical market visits and periodical brand valuation 6. Ensure all marketing activities comply with developed annual budgets, quarterly forecast and Monthly Demand Plans and reporting results of department 7. Work with the Sales Department to prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts, and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the products/services 8. Contribution to key projects organizational projects as assigned – Cost saving initiatives; better negotiation/pricing vis-à-vis agencies, new product development. 9. Developing and maintain the social media platform for the respective brands. 10. To develop a broad and sustainable CSR framework for the company Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's in Business Administration Minimum Experience: • 10 years functional experience out of which 3 to 5 years should be in an equivalent Management level • Understanding of Middle East market • Experience in food & beverage segment Functional Knowledge: • Project Management skills • Strategic penetration • Consumer insight development • Marketing savvy • Strong and successful experience in marketing/category developments program execution • Strong understanding of production and supply chain logistic processes • Strong understanding of financial measures including P&L and NWC.
