Ensure that the planning function provides adequate support to the Purchasing section’s core functions. - Knowledge of local practices, methods, and legal requirements of purchasing as they relate to vendor selection, placement of purchasing orders, etc - Communication & Relationship Management Skills - Technical Arabic (letter writing, contract drafting etc.) - Knowledge of analysing and planning optimal sourcing and procurement strategies based on organisational requirements - Knowledge and application of measuring and evaluating performance of suppliers and vendors - Knowledge of automated procurement work procedures and data management Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance Abu Dhabi Education Council The education council is currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals to be part of this exciting opportunity to shape the educational system in Abu Dhabi.
