Ref: LP085-428 Skills required: Require Arabic Consultant to work as an Organization Change Manager including the below attributes: • Should know the overall change management cycle capable of carrying out change impacts analysis, stakeholder management and conducting change readiness assessment • Ensuring alignment of activity with organizational strategic objectives and direction and defining change management strategy • Able to work on major change management tools like solution Manager, HP Service now, Remedy, Web CRM IC etc. • Should be familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. • Able to map activity and identifying gaps between current and future state business processes • Tables all Request for Changes (RFCs) for a Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting, issues an agenda and circulates all requests for changes to Change Advisory Board members in advance of meetings to allow prior consideration • Publishes change and release calendar with priority matrix • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan • Liaises with all necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing and implementation, in accordance with schedules • Able to updates the change log with all progress that occurs, including any actions to correct problems and/or to take opportunities to improve service quality • Reviews all implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives; refers back any that have been backed out of have failed • Should be able to assess training needs driven by the change, and planning when and how this will be implemented.
