Ref: HP362-303 Parsons Brinckerhoff was selected by Ashghal to provide program management consultant (PMC) services for what is expected to be more than 200 local road and drainage infrastructure projects to be implemented throughout the country over a period of five to seven years. Five general engineering consultants (GECs) have been selected to design, tender and supervise construction of the projects under Parsons Brinckerhoff’s supervision. Due to this we are currently looking to recruit a Design Management – Civil/Highway Engineer to join our team in Doha. * Minimum of 15-20 years' experience. * Strong technical background with good experience in the design of urban and rural highways * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Knowledge of AASHTO * Have a dynamic, professional approach when leading a team of designers. * Solid track record and references will be required.
