* Responsible of all the payroll process. (Preparing, additions, deductions, taxes, social insurance, bank transfers and deliver the pay slip) and final settlements.
* آ Review vacations balances and end of services provisions.
* Deals with governmental external offices such as labor, social insurance offices.
* Prepare monthly Headcount reports.
* Renew employees contracts and the completion of they files.
* Create Microsoft Office Outlook Emails using AFG Data Base Server
* Prepare and follow up the training plans.
* Controlling of all recruitments activates.
* Prepare MP Budget, promotion, increment and bonus preparation process.
The ideal candidate for this role should be between 25-35 years of age, graduate of relevant Bachelor's degree, havingآ overآ 5 years of work experience holding similar job responsibilities. Proficient inآ MS office applications.آ
