Get new jobs by email Please enter a valid email. Responsible for all aspects of IP-based telephone systems for the enterprise voice network. Provide strategic technical direction, roadmap design, installation, and configuration of all IP-based PBX telephone systems/services. Develop an understanding of the company VoIP deployments, including understanding the entire call flow for an enterprise and appreciate the big picture when designing call routing solutions Provide day-to-day support, proactive maintenance, and perform independent complex system troubleshootingInstall, maintain, support and optimize telephony hardware, software and communication links Practice telephony asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information Identify capacity and performance issues to ensure uninterrupted service  Assist in the operational, strategic planning, and business continuity / disaster recovery solutions Willing to work overtime and on-call as necessary to meet organizational needs Propose technical network and equipment system solutions for business requirements.  Perform preventative maintenance of telephony related systems, administer upgrades, and patches to the enterprise systems Bachelors’ degree in any discipline.  Avaya courses-implementation certificate is preferred From 2 to 4 years of experience.
