تاريخ الإعلان عنها: 2014/03/18 10:23:51الرقم المرجعي JB1001842908 المشاركة تويت The IT Projects Coordinator works closely with business analysts, business stakeholders, development team and infrastructure team in managing the overall deliverables of the department including Design, Building, Testing & deploying implementation and support in all internal and external HCT technology solutions. The incumbent schedules and coordinates HCT IT projects with all concerned stakeholders and suggest appropriate actions to address issues, risks and plans ahead. The IT Projects Coordinator is responsible for project delivery to various stake holders by managing risks, ensuring that progress is maintained and updating key members. The position holder manages stake holder's expectations through delivery excellence, risk mitigation and client relationships. • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline is required • A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline is desirable • Project Management Certification with knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of Project/Program Management is desirable • A minimum 5 years of progressive work experience of which at least 3 years is in Project/Program/Portfolio Management • Knowledge of Project management techniques and tools with direct experience in project management capacity • Experience in Implementation of Enterprise Applications, Developmental Project and IT related projects • Proven experience in strategic planning; risk management; change and time management; and Quantitative data analysis • Experience in Documentation of Business Processes, Customer Application Requirements preferred • Proficiency with in database software skills preferred • Attention to detail and ability to organize information effectively • A high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology in the workplace • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization • Highly developed organizational, analytical and problem solving skills are require • The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment • A demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities in order to develop and improve new and current skills, and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization As the largest higher education institution in the United Arab Emirates, the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) prides itself as being one of the most progressive and innovative academic institutions in the Middle East.
