- A manager is expected to participate in business development by leading proposal development and contribute to practice development through sharing of project lessons learned and providing training in his or her area of expertise to more junior people on the team.
- Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

- Lead Technology consulting work-streams and/or projects in the TMT industry. This includes:
- Outlining the objectives and determining the scope of the project
- Identify and assess pros and cons of possible alternatives and select and develop the most appropriate solution for the client
- Assign time and resources to the activities in the consulting project
- Plan and manage logical flow of activities within the consulting project
- Manage the client relationship
- Deliver and present high-quality results on time to the client
- Manage the economics of the project
- Manage, develop, and encourage team
- Preserve an impeccable professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance of self and project team at all times
- Play a key role in the development of business proposals and client presentations
- Support practice development efforts through training delivery and sharing project lessons learned

- Qualifications:
- - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering or any other relevant major.
- 4-8 years’ proven experience with Telecom and Media technology projects, of which at least two in a leading role.
- Proven experience with business and technology transformation, technology transformation aligned with enhanced Telco Operations Model (eTOM), TOGAF and ITIL, and/or technology strategy engagements for TMT clients.
- Previous consulting experience with a leading or relevant boutique consulting firm known for the strength of its TMT industry coverage and/or relevant experience gained through Industry work.
- Ideally PMP, eTOM and/or TOGAF certified
- Complete fluency in written and spoken business English
