Ref: HP647-1138 A leading IT company that is a pioneer in unified information access platform is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Insides Sales Representative to persistently develop their market exposure and presence. Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, and dotted line to Managing Director, MEA. Responsibilities: • Generating opportunities and qualified meetings. • Collaborate with your assigned field sales counterparts to create solution hypothesis & proposals that are reviewed and approved by prospects and internal management. • Work in partnership with your assigned field sales counterparts to penetrate target accounts and move the sales process forward. • Diligently work through defined sales process in a detailed manner while keeping the larger sales cycle in mind. • Effectively communicate workloads and self-prioritize for maximum impact on team quota. • Devote a high percentage of your time making outbound calls to set qualified appointments. • Ability to control conversations with multiple stakeholders and persuade skeptical prospects. • Skilled at identifying unstated objections and removing roadblocks to sales process. • Ensure individual targets are met by meeting personal quotas and targets set by manager while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Other duties as directed by manager and field sales counterparts. To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following skills and attributes: • Undergraduate degree is required. • Demonstrated potential and/or track record of prospecting accounts with cold calling skills, identification of new business and prospecting qualified decision makers. • Professional, ambitious and optimistic attitude in the face of challenges a MUST. • Ability to internalize feedback and change course as required. • Meticulous and fast data entry. • 3-5 years’ experience in inside sales, marketing communications or lead generation. • Understand, monitor, analyze with proficiency business press and related information. • Conduct Internet research in a rapid & comprehensive way. • Ability to research & write in a compelling fashion and distill key points from industry briefings, industry news and company press releases. • Aptitude to effectively utilize online lead sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Hoovers, and Google. • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office. • Be an effective team player with the ability to multi task. • Be a creative, self – starter.
