Ref: LP003-298 Our client is searching for a personal assistant to start ASAP for a three month duration. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the following: o Provide administrative, organizational, and logistical services to one or more Managers and their team. (This will be defined during the appointment process but may be subject to change following appointment to suit the business requirements of then company) o Assist, organize and plan in accordance with the managers reasonable instructions. o Ensure follow-up of actions, defined by the manager to his subordinates. o Produce administrative reports (such as travel reports), letters, update lists o Ensure records and data are updated and maintained to a high standard. o Archive and file documents, reports and minutes on behalf of the manager or management team, as maybe required. o Provide effective and expeditious meeting organization o Address requests for information and/or assistance o Partner and network with other company administrative assistants in order to collaborate, schedule meetings, obtain information, get things done, and solve problems o Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English, Arabic would be an asset. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization o Service oriented o Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks o Excellent organizational skills o Able to act quickly, to take initiatives o Seek excellence in the respect of deadlines o Teamwork oriented o Able to work under high pressure o Assertive o Autonomous We are recognised leaders in international recruitment.
