Our client is a leading premier consumers and retail company, they are seeking an experienced, dynamic and engaging Corporate Sales Manager.
The purpose of the role is to manage the Corporate Sales Department with B2B and B2C Wholesale business. Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contributes to the development of training for Account Executives.
Managerial:
• Monitor Corporate Sales Sector Divisions: Hospitality / Corporate and Key Account (B2C Commercial Retail)
• Assist in Developing the business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Team recruitment, target allocation, training, assessment & development
• Understand and communicate the organization’s priorities to ensure team’s alignment with Group’s objectives
• Support the team members in the market with guidance, assistance & training
• Supervise assigned personnel (e.g. screening, interviewing, recommending, training, evaluating, etc.) for the purpose of enhancing productivity of staff, and ensuring that department outcomes are achieved
• Oversee workload of department for the purpose of maximizing the efficiency of the work force and meeting operational requirements
• Ensure proper induction of new employees
• Responsible for conducting periodic performance appraisal to all assigned staff, and for growth, development, engagement and motivation, coaching and guiding of the department’s employees
• Work on Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
• Provide direction and support to the department team members.
• Insures that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
• Delegates’ authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
• Sets examples for Account Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
• Conducts regular coaching and counselling with Account Executives to build motivation and selling skills.
Administrative:
• Prepare and administer the corporate sales department budget after obtaining direct manager approval.
• Prepare the annual sales plan based on market research after obtaining direct manager approval.
• Ensure superior guest service through follow up and coordination with the logistics manager.
• Create and maintain data base of all active accounts.
• To brief the management on competitive activities and market trends to ensure a timely reaction.
• Oversee collection of receivables in a timely and diplomatic fashion
• Support the Team with New Product Launch strategy and information.
Sales:
• Work on targeting new markets and untapped business
• Identify, research and develop new clients in the local market
• Achieve and exceed the budgeted goals as allocated in the business plan.
• Responsible for creating and developing innovative sales techniques.
• Responsible for winning of all potential markets based on market research and development.
• Participate in trade shows, convention and promotional events within the industry and customer organizations.
• Remain fully cognizant of product availability, pricing, policy changes, choice and selection to present and sell the most up to date product available to the customer.
Marketing:
• Prepare formal presentations of products using catalogues, videos and other training aids.
• Seasonal promotional product collection design & implementation to market
• Barter Agreement, sponsorship related to the corporate clients
Key Account Management:
• Follows up with all key accounts orders and deliveries
• Deal with complaints received from Key accounts
• Proposes new products for improvement of the product range
• Monitor regular day to day operation and evaluate customer satisfaction to our products
• Arranges meetings regular meetings with Key Accounts
