Job Purpose: To provide integration design leadership with extensive experience in architecture , design, development, testing and support of Integration solutions with knowledge of the best practices in designing SOA based solution and software architecture . Responsibilities: • Very good experience and understanding of software design principles, patterns and designing frameworks to resolve complex tasks.• Should have extensive experience with SOA / Web services architecture design and development for large scale business systems and integrations.• Lead experience is Service Delivery Platform (SDP) solution design and product development is highly desirable.• Should be able to describe the system from the viewpoint of different stakeholders using logical, development, process and physical views of the system (4+1 view).• Drives design and implementation for major components of solution & solution frameworks• Responsible for key architecture and design decisions and mentor the team, as a hands-on champion in Portals, SOA technology and complex integrated solutions• Leading architectural and/or Design reviews, especially in outsourced engagements and perform timely design and implementation (code) reviews for all engagements• Should be able to derive the high-level service Design and Architecture (using web-Methods preferably).• Very good experience in data modeling, flexible, robust and high performance schema design• Good experience in functional analysis with the ability to easily translate business needs and functional requirements into robust technical solution• Very good experience in performance design.• Experience in open source technology is highly desired.• Preferable to have experience with Web-Methods Integration Platform architecture, design, development and administration.• Defining and adhering to standards, best-practices, reusable components, methodology.• Experience in Messaging Middleware, Integration Platforms, Application Servers & Portals.• Excellent at object-oriented design & UML.• Create technical documentation such as technical requirements documents, design documents and testing documents. • Education: BS or higher degree in IT.• Excellent analytical and problem solving ability• Excellent presentation skills• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to work across project teams in a fast-paced, high visibility environment• Ability to present information, analysis & ideas in a clear and convincing manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Must be passionate about designing software with the mindset that it is built for the future• Experience: Must have Minimum 15 year experience working in a similar capacity for a leading software company.
