Ref: HP602-1090 Company profile With very experienced founders in the external lighting arena. The opportunity has arisen for their organization to expand as a global business which has brought them into the GCC. The fast development of their head office recently opened in Dubai, UAE and business intentions will be focused on delivering across the MENA region. Job Summary: The Head of Sales will be reporting to the Managing Director. His responsibility will be leading the sales of external lighting in the Middle East with an immediate focus on Dubai and the UAE. In regards to salary and incentive structure, remuneration and incentives are attractive Key Accountabilities •Sales & Account Management, Quality control. •Internal Processes to ensure best practice is delivered to clients •Budgeting, Forecasting & Targets both monthly KPIs and quarterly revenue targets •Overall growth and profitability of sales team The desired profile •An understanding of the region, how business is conducted in the MENA region and the nuances of the different Emirates, cities and countries •Established contacts and network within external lighting sales •Exceptional language skills in Arabic and English both in writing and verbally •High emotional intelligence and culturally aware, persistent with high resilience •Minimum two years relevant experience within external lighting sales •Relevant tertiary qualifications from a highly regarded intuitions are an added advantage •Able to appreciate the opportunity and the vision of and contribute to the management team and overall growth of the business Talent2 is the first human resources (HR) company in the Asia-Pacific region to offer a complete range of outsourcing services, including executive search and recruitment, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), payroll, consulting and learning.
