Ref: NP944-07 Our client is a leading corrugated packaging supplier in the Middle East serving a wide variety of multi-national and local businesses. They have 3 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the Kingdom catering to businesses in the FMCG, agriculture and packaging sectors among others. They are looking for an Engineering – Maintenance Manager who shall lead the Maintenance Team to ensure that results match company expectations. Duties and Responsibilities • Ensure company safety standards are adhered to • Ensure correct manning level and competent technician skill level • Ensure unscheduled machine downtime is in accordance to target • Ensure planned maintenance is effective and adhered to • Ensure spare part inventory is at acceptable level • Ensure plant maintenance costs are within budget • Ensure machine part life expectancy is achieved • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Production Manager QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • EDUCATION BS Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent • EXPERIENCE 10 - 15 years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering of a manufacturing company, especially in corrugated industry. • CERTIFICATIONS Relevant certification required, if any.
