Ref: MP734-11 1. Performs Customer Services • A Logistics Coordinator must be able to communicate effectively since the job primarily involves liaising with clients, couriers and other operational departments. • You must be able to organize personnel, and assist with training as required, whilst also organizing budgets and courier expenses. • A Logistics Coordinator must ensure that quality assurance checks are completed and maintained. • Logistics Coordinator liaise with the GSC department and supports in solving the problems relating to incorrect delivery address, telephone nos. • A Logistics Coordinator is especially responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods. • Logistics Coordinator would be required to attend all phone calls and consolidate the reports required for the logistics assistant/officers required for order processing in timely manner. 2. Other Ad hoc duties which may be assigned • A Logistics Coordinator must have a high level of education and experience within an office environment, international shipping and stock management. • A Logistics Coordinator must be organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures. • The Logistics Coordinator must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment, communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients and following verbal and written instructions. • You must be able to efficiently solve problems relating to sales, finance and transportation of goods in locations both national and overseas. • You must be able to operate Microsoft Office and be familiar with any other software pertinent to your industry. - Bachelor’s Degree - Minimum 2 years Customer experience, work in Call Centre or Direct selling/MLM companies is preferable - Having strong communication skill - 4-5 years’ experience in logistics - Multilingual (English & Arabic) - Willing to work shifting EMDAD LLC, the flagship company, has been active for over three decades in supporting the energy sector with cutting edge technologies from world-leading solution providers, integrating divergent divisions that match the technical/engineering organization and conversant with the procurement and contracting practices of their major customers in the UAE and the region.
