JOB SUMMARY • Responsible for distribution and selling of computer software.• Responsible for managing existing lead systems and relationships to build new business opportunities for the company.2. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Recognize the customer needs and provide detailed information about the technical specifications of the software products offered by the company.• Investigates new items and makes recommendations for purchasing products.• Checks inventory to ensure company products.• Takes orders over the phone and in person.• Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations.• Solicits information about software product needs from customers.• Negotiate price for the sale after agreement with the GM directly.• Provide technical support service after the product is purchased.• Construct sales pitches and presentations.• Travel to areas where needs are projected.• Stay abreast of market trends.• Assist with the company helpline.• Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.• Demonstrate product features before a sale.• Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document.• Negotiate a commercial agreements the after authorization of the GM directly.• Help customers to maximize the use of software features.• Advise on appropriate user training.• Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.• Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals. 1.SKILLS REQUIRED • Can manage complex sales process, from initial meeting through procurement and contract signing.• Excellent searching skills.• Ability to collect the largest available source of sales data.• Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.• An understanding of confidentiality and data protection issues.• Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly evolving, demanding environment.• Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written).• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales.• Excellent listening skills.• Very presentable and ready for meeting customers and clients at any time.• Perfect presentation skills.• Ability to trust building with customers he/her meets. 2.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's Degree is required • At least 3 years’ experience in Enterprise Security solution sales or Enterprise Security software sales.• Readiness to travel at any time.• English: Fluent Ads by Partners Ads by Google
