Ref: LP119-164 The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing and monitoring end to end delivery of Recruitment services to support the business, enhancing organizational effectiveness through ensuring the best quality candidates are identified and selected appropriately within required timeframes. Reporting directly into the Recruitment Manager and working closely with HR Team and directly with the business and contract managers to deliver exceptional Recruitment services that meet the changing demands of the Serco business. The ideal candidate will be Bachelors Degree educated, preferably with a recognised psychometric qualification (SHL Level A&B or equivalent). Must have successful previous recruitment experience as a Senior Recruiter or Recruitment Manager level or equivalent. Demonstrable practical experience in managing complex recruitment, technical and senior management recruitment, mass mobilisations or project recruitment, overseas and international recruitment, resource forecasting, scheduling and allocation experience and people transitions is a must. An up to date understanding and application of employment law and Recruitment best practice as well as a commercial and pragmatic approach to providing Recruitment solutions. You must be confident operating within a client-facing environment and possess excellent relationship management skills - e.g. influencing, stakeholder management, dealing and having with difficult conversations. Must be fluent in English (written, spoken and reading). The ability to travel and work remotely across the Middle East region is essential. A creative `can-do` attitude and preparedness to meet new challenges and the ability to cope well under pressure is a prerequisite. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and schedules is essential. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt well to changing priorities. Possessing good judgment and decision-making skills, an assertive completer finisher with high level personal presence and credibility.
