Ref: LP127-555 The Company: Our client collaborates with many of the world’s leading private companies and major public sector organisations. Right now they are involved with projects in 30 countries throughout Europe, Asia, the USA and the Middle East. Established more than 40 years and has grown to become one of the most respected engineering design, architecture, project and construction management firms in the world. Duties & Responsibilities: You will: • Be working as a Cost Control Manager, on a trillion dollar medical project, based in Dubai. • Act as client’s representative - interrogate schedules/site reports from Consultant. • Be responsible for generation for schedule part of the monthly report. • Confirm the schedule if it’s running accordance with the contract. • Compile into one overall report (factual). • Interact with counterparts on site. • Identify if the consultant / contractor have necessary funds to deliver project. • Report to the Operations Manager. Qualifications & Experience: You will have: • To understand the context of the schedule. • 15 - 20 years experience. • Main Contracting or Consulting experience. • Middle East experience. • Hospital or Hotel experience. • Degree in Quantity Surveying.
