Ref: NP574-31 Accountabilities -Responsible for end-to-end process in delivering recruitment needs for Iraq. -Be fully aware of the employment market in terms of the talent availability by skill pool, and use knowledge effectively to share competitive intelligence and propose appropriate sourcing strategies -Lead the sourcing strategy through the use of online tools, technology, external job portals and all relevant channels to source, attract and engage candidates (both active and passive). -Coach and guide hiring managers on Shell recruitment process, ensuring full understanding of responsibilities and expectations. -Conduct screening interviews with potential candidates and put up shortlist with clear justification to hiring managers. -Work with hiring managers to put shortlisted candidates through the Shell assessment process and ensure objectivity in the entire selection process. -Maintain good relationships with candidates throughout the process by understanding their expectations and providing timely feedback -Develop offer proposals with HR and hiring manager, manage the offer negotiation with candidates, and follow through the formal offer process. -Ensure timely and accurate data reporting in the system for all positions and candidates, and provide statistics as required. -Understand and adhere to legislative requirements on data protection and privacy, and Shell's governance policies on HSSE and equal opportunity etc. -Manage general queries from candidates and advise them on Shell recruitment process. -Participate in projects and engagements, and also assist with development and implementation of new initiatives as required. Special Challenges -A high level of flexibility and team working is key to do this role as you will need to respond quickly to fluctuating recruitment demand and be prepared to contribute to the wider team when required. Experience and Qualifications required -Relevant University degree holder at least 3 years of relevant expertise in both sourcing and recruiting, either in a corporate or agency environment -Good knowledge of the Iraq talent market. -Good communication, influencing and relationship building skill -Composure and professionalism in projecting Shell favorably to external market. -Knowledge of local employment laws that impact recruitment. -Proficiency in English and Arabic languages Working for a world-class innovative energy company gives you a platform from which you can propel your career.
