Ref: NP314-201 A multinational company is looking for an Arabic speaking Recruiter to join their team in Dubai. This role covers the Middle East and Africa region and an element of travel is required. Responsibilities include: • To collaborate in the recruitment and selection of the most qualified human resources. • Identify and support recruitment activities in Middle East and Africa to provide an adequate and continuous flow of qualified personnel. • Identifying available internal resources • Implementation of On Boarding plans. • Support in the preparation of reports and database updates, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis. Maintain and update the data base. • Implement policies, procedures and processes within the region respecting company needs • Provide assistance to the Internship and Global Trainee Programs. • Suggest and evaluate service suppliers. • Comply with company policies, procedures and management standards, and ensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility. • Candidates who have experience recruiting in the Middle East and North Africa regions especially KSA would be preferred. You must be dynamic and professional and ambitious to continuously learn, be customer oriented with excellent communication skills. Negotiation and networking skills are essential. • Experience within manufacturing, engineering and oil & gas industries will be preferred. • A HR qualification is desired. • A high level of Excel experience is required and SAP use would be ideal • Only candidates currently present in the UAE will be considered Inspire Selection employs highly knowledgeable, professional consultants who are experts in connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
