Ref: MP552-238 An international and highly reputable consultancy has an immediate requirement for a Project Coordinator to work on hospitality projects in Dubai. The Project Coordinator’s core function is to act as a facilitator in a coordination role between the design consultant teams, client, client representatives (including PM), and construction site teams. Responsibilities: • Assist Design Manager in coordination of project with all stakeholders. • Provide the single point of contact for each design consultant and act as facilitator for the resolution of internal conflicts and problem areas. • Fee Proposal preparation, QA & QC audits, procedural writing, etc. • Facilitate the implementation of all required schedules and log records for use in managing, tracking, coordination, reporting and record-keeping. To be considered for this role you should have a background in design, planning and project coordination and 8+ years’ experience. The chosen individual must have impeccable communication skills.
