Ref: HP248-185 Business Analyst/Auditor, AED 15,000 per month, Dubai, UAE Our client is a well-established Dubai based organization and are currently seeking a Business Analyst/Auditor. As the Business Analyst/Auditor you will be working with the Group Venture Manager to develop and establish an effective and independent internal audit plan for the management support of all the subsidiaries within the group. Some responsibilities will include: • Implementation of audit recommendations through the creation and/or development of processes and procedures, use of the relevant information system and negotiations with partners to ensure a cost effective business model • Verifying through follow up visits to their subsidiaries that all suggested recommendations have been applied and are operational • Conducting an evaluation and risk assessment of the internal control systems of all subsidiaries in identifying areas that require an intervention of management whilst ensuring that objectives of the organization are achieved economically, efficiently and effectively • Preparing special reports for management when required on various aspects of financial management including asset management and security, financial reporting, decision support systems and management of information systems • Cost analysis of all subsidiaries through auditing petty cash claims and expenses and reporting on the areas where cost efficiencies can be obtained • Conducting research analysis for new projects within the group and drafting business plans in conjunction with the research findings of financial models • Liaising with the accounts team to assist with the monthly revenue reconciliations • Preparing Business Analysis reports to understand the growing requirements of the business • Research and implementation of information systems within their subsidiaries As the ideal candidate you will have an audit background and need to have strong interpersonal skills. The ability to build relationships quickly with the subsidiaries and at the same be strong and confident in your ability to make recommendations. Criteria: • Must currently reside in the UAE • Be a qualified chartered accountant or currently studying CA or equivalent • Be able to obtain, analyze and evaluate a variety of information • Organize, interpret and present the information in meaningful oral or written form for varied audiences • Provide solid analysis leading to sound decision-making • Have excellent interpersonal and team work skills with the ability to manage people • Have a high degree of computer literacy in Internet/Email and Microsoft Office If you have all the skills and experience required please apply now!
