Ref: GP340-629 An exceptional and exciting role has just opened within a highly successful FMCG business within the Gulf Region. They are now looking to hire a Country Manager to head their operations in Libya.
As the Country Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Liaise with the Distributor in identifying the business annual and monthly sales targets, forecasts and business development strategies
* Work with key teams in planning and executing the trade marketing activities
* Monitor the weekly and monthly sales performance of the business
* Work closely with the QA and R&D teams in ensuring that the business is updated on all the legal and sanitary regulations in the market
* Implement best practices to drive the general improvement, success and growth of the business
To qualify for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Sales
* Proven track record of working as a Distributor/Country Manager within a similar FMCG business in the MENA Region
* Knowledge and experience in working with beef/chicken production chain and process
* Proficient in basic computer applications (Internet, e-mail, MS Office)
* Fluent in English, knowledge in other languages would be an advantage
