Ref: KP121-72 To recruit, coach, control, and motivate Team Leaders and Sales Teams to achieve production, performance, career development, service and quality targets. To identify and manage new business and lead generation opportunities. To develop, monitor and control incentive and promotional campaigns whilst keeping abreast of local and international financial services news and competitor activities. You need a minimum of two years successful experience in a similar role promoting consultative selling, needs based " face to face" sales of Savings, Investment and Protection propositions.
