Ref: OP065-18 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and dynamic Workshop Manager to work within a busy Quarry in Nigeria. The successful Workshop Manager will be responsible for looking after all Plant Equipment and the overall day to day running of the workshop. Responsibilities: • Look after both planned and preventative maintenance on all equipment on the quarry site. • Ensure that KPI’s are met throughout the department • Manage the budget for the department and prepare reports • Submit maintenance reports • Maintain high levels of Health and Safety • Train and develop the staff working within the Workshop • Managing a multi-national team Personal Requirements: • 10+years of experience working on plant equipment • 5+ years of managerial position • Previous experience working in West Africa • Must have a strong knowledge quarrying and mining equipment • Excellent communication skills are a must • Must be computer literate Package: • $3000-$3500 Tax Free per month depending on experience. • Full Expat package provided Millar Cameron has over 15 years resource solutions experience, serving both the international and domestic recruitment market.
