Ref: OP065-17 We are representing a leading international company operating in the Cement / Concrete industry, they currently require a number of Production Supervisors to oversee their Ready Mix Concrete Plants to be based in Nigeria. This is an opportunity to join a market leader that can offer career development in a rapidly growing market. The ideal production supervisors will have previous experience of overseeing Concrete / Cement plants, as well as experience in an Emerging Market. Duties of Production Supervisor will include: • Overseeing the production of the ready mixed concrete • Managing and assisting operators where required • Ensuring departments meets all targets and KPI’s • Maintaining a safe and efficient workplace at all times Requirements: • Must have a minimum of 3 years in a Production Supervisor role. • At least 5 years of experience in the Ready-Mix market. • Experience of working in a challenging environment such as West Africa or The Middle East. • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher would be an advantage.
