Ref: NP227-88 Linum Consult’s client is urgently seeking a Senior Project Manager to be involved in the overall internal and external project management of a significant mixed use development construction project in Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinating meetings with the client, consultants, and subcontractors • Conducting daily and weekly internal meetings • Conducting weekly and monthly presentations • Controlling project schedule, costs and expenditures, as well as working to maximise profitability • Reporting to Senior Management on the progress of the projects PROFILE • A history of working for main contractors ONLY (candidates with experience in consultancies, real estate companies or developers WILL NOT be considered) as the candidate must be very hands-on • Very strong experience of running major mixed use construction projects valued at US$ 400m+ • At least a Bachelor’s degree qualification in Civil or Architectural Engineering • Preferably have had significant dealings with American consultancies • A background of working in the Middle East • Excellent communication and project management skills FINANCIAL PACKAGE Our client is willing to pay an excellent expat package for this opportunity, including accommodation, transport, health insurance and flights home.
