Be part of a small team working on the creation of a regional online education effort leveraging the Massive Open Online Course technology, Work as part of an engineering team working to create the best online education experience in Arabic Responsibilities will be all encompassing and range from updating the platform software from the open source database, suggesting and implementing region specific modifications, and troubleshooting any issues that affect the instructor or learner experience, Computer Science graduate or very strong experience in the field (required) A minimum of 3 years of work experience, we are looking for candidates with 3 to 7 years of experience Proficient in Python, Django, HTML, CSS, Javascript, MySQL, MongoDB, memcached Experience in Amazon Web Services, Ruby, and SASS preferred Strong written and spoken Arabic and English skills are required.
