Education: Bachelor Degree preferable in Law, Labour Relations, Psychology , Business Administration or any related field. Professional Experience: minimum of 5 years working experience in HR field, Language: Proficiency Level in English & Arabic, other languages will be valuable. IT: Command of office IT applications Ability to work under pressure Good problem-solving skills and dynamism Post-graduate studies in HR will be valued Assume management of Human Resources, applying the general policies promoted by Company Headquarters. Administration and labour relations: hiring, payroll, visas, social security, relations with trade unions, dismissals, attending trials, mediating before the labour authorities, dealing with temporary work agencies, management control and reporting to Headquarters. Development selection of personnel, training (detection of needs, planning and management), performance evaluation, analysis of labour environment, talent management, best practices, organisation of events, etc.	الشروط
