Ref: MP450-425 On behalf of our client an international oil and gas company based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a European Private Assistant-Household Manager. Reporting to the Chairman and his Wife you will be responsible for the management of their properties and households in the UAE, US and UK. You will oversee any property projects and be the main point of contact, ensuring timely payment of all household bills, liaising with the Executive Assistant to manage the families calendar to ensure all arrangements are made for daily plans, allocation of guest rooms, be responsible for all petty cash, travelling with the family when required ( including 2-3 months in the USA) and event planning and organization for the family. The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have previous experience in managing household staff as required, fluent in all areas of English, meticulous and highly organized, enjoy working around children, be discreet and able to work legally in the US.
