Ref: GP186-1675 Our client, a commercial Aviation business located within the UAE is looking to hire a Manpower Planning Manager. The successful candidate will manage annual and post budget manpower processes and will provide HRBP and line management with support and guidance in matters relating to manpower requests and adjustments. You will also provide statistical manpower data reports to staff cost review boards and management. Responsibilities will include ensuring the timely collection, processing and presentation of information in accordance with agreed HR and Finance strategies, partnering with financial planning in preparation of yearly manpower costs and the reconciliation of costs on a monthly basis. You will lead the implementation of sustainable planning and reporting as well as record manpower planning, attrition and turnover whilst liaising with stakeholders in implementing process changes. You will also conduct research and analysis for policies as well as industry benchmarking and present recommendations to senior business heads. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience within manpower planning and budgeting, preferably within aviation/multifunctional and multi location organisations. It is essential that you have proven experience within monitoring, process planning transactions and statistical reporting as well as administrating a corporate HR annual manpower budgeting cycle. Excellent numeric and verbal communication skills are imperative, along with advanced Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of Oracle HRMS. You should hold a Degree in either commerce/business administration/HRM and preferable be a HR MBA holder.
