Ref: KP709-1553 Liaison with the Relationship Managers, Vendors and other stake holders to lead in the definition of technical requirements for channel related requests that include SMS, IVR, Internet & Mobile banking, Signature Systems, Contact Center and Portals. Be the Technical lead in projects and assist in defining, designing and testing of new and updated solutions. Responsibilities: · Develop technical solutions to meet specified business requirements according to the provided technical analysis. · Design and develop technical specification / design documents for development from business requirements. · Review and confirm functional & technical specification documents delivered by vendors against business requirements · Review and conduct technical feasibility & impact analysis for new business requests · Act as technical lead for projects and provide all the technical support needed during all phases of the project · Assist in Configuration, setups and SIT · Document changes to systems and produce technical documentation for new solutions · 5+ years of experience with deep technical background in banking and e-channels. · Strong understanding in development and testing concepts. · Hands-on experience in MS-SQL and Oracle database. · Hands-on experience in development using .Net and or Java Good communication skills, verbal and written in English Salary:3-4k USD monthly 3-6 month contract (possibility of extension) • Engineering degree (preferably in Computers). • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, SMS & IVR solutions, Portals (IBM, Microsoft), Middleware (IBM Broker), SQL Databases, • Working knowledge of XML, Web services, .Net and Java • Broad Knowledge of banking operations and procedures. • Excellent project management skills acquired through experience and training. • Be well versed with latest trends in technology. • Good written and oral communication skills.
