Ref: NP949-42 Senior O&M Engineer -- Deira -- Dubai Due to visa restrictions issues with our client I would request Egyptians and Pakistani Nationals for not to apply for this role. Salary -- 12,000 - 15,000 AED Our clients are global provider of environmental solutions for industrial and municipal clients, focusing on water and wastewater treatment. Their capatibilities cover design, manufacturing, sourcing, installation and servicing of water/wastewater treatment, water desalination plants and equipment. Due to its rapid expansion they are at present recruiting for Senior O&M Engineer. The ideal candidate should be familiar with micro filtration as pre-treatment technology. Have a good knowledge of the RO membrane operation and membrane life and be able to able to direct the O&M contractor to optimize the plant performance for production yield and reduction in consumption of chemicals and power. Have excellent man management skills as will be responsible for a team. Be knowledgeable on preventive and emergency maintenance, including operational shut down requirements and the re-commissioning of Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic and Instrumentation equipment. Will be responsible for the overall health and safety of the plant, including compliance of the subcontractors. Will have to prepare Materials List sheets for all equipment. Will be responsible for commissioning and start up for Reverse Osmosis Plants, Wastewater Treatment Plants & Grey Water Treatments Plants. Responsible in supervision on the installation and manufacturing of Water Treatment Plant and Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant. Responsible in Operation & Maintenance of Water Treatment Plant and Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant. Reports the issue by proper evaluation and apply the required troubleshooting. Must have Mechanical Engineering Degree Must have 7 - 8 years experience in Water Treatment Plant Have excellent communication skills as will have to liaise with the client ,suppliers and co-workers. Be able to prepare site reports and have a Good knowledge of computer software, such as: R/O & UF computer projection. MS Office (Word & Excel) Microsoft project or equal programs Fair Knowledge of AUTOCAD program Fluent in English (writing, reading and speaking) preferably with an English Language Course Certificate. Knowledge about the process, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintaining of the following: UF systems & R/O systems. Ion exchange such as double bed, mixed bed and water softener systems. Sewage treatment systems, such as MBR. A leading HR Consulting Company in UAE.
