Ref: LP014-20 ط Assists in the implementation of compensation and benefit policies, processes and initiatives ط Assists in Job Evaluations for new and existing positions ط Ensures C&B related databases are maintained, accurate and up-to-date and coordinates the annual salary review process ط Assists participation in regular salary & compensation surveys ط Prepares and analyses and interprets remuneration and benefits data and increase proposals. ط Compiles salary reports and assists in compilation of salary and benefit statistical reports. ط Provides recommendations on improvements to the current system, policies and procedures and provides regular status updates on C&B activities. Graduates / Post Graduates in HR (Comp & Ben course specialisation) may apply. Minimum 3 years' Compensation & Benefits specialist work experience within medium or large sized companies, preferably in the UAE.
